Your privacy is important. This document explains how Color Rings: Rotate & Earn collects and uses your personal data, and what control you have while rotating rings and earning rewards.
We collect two categories of personal data: information generated automatically, and information you provide voluntarily.
We're selective about sharing. Personal data goes only where operationally necessary:

PayPal protection: Your PayPal email and name are never sold or rented. Shared only to complete withdrawals or when the law requires it.

We protect your information through encryption (TLS 1.2+), access controls, and regular security assessments. Partners are held to equivalent contractual standards. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Retention follows necessity. Personal data is kept only while needed and auto-deleted after 90 days of inactivity. Anonymized analytics may persist longer.
Color Rings: Rotate & Earn is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal data. If a child has shared data, contact us for prompt deletion.
Personal data may be processed outside your country. Cross-border transfers rely on TLS 1.2+ and contractual safeguards for comparable protection.
We may disclose personal data to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud, or respond to lawful government requests. CCPA/CPRA notices describe categories of collection and sharing.
External sites or SDKs we do not control have their own privacy policies. Review them before sharing information.
If web views are used, cookies and similar technologies may store preferences, session state, or advertising identifiers. You can clear web data in device settings. Mobile SDKs may use analogous local storage.
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and relevant authorities within 72 hours of becoming aware, where legally required, and describe steps you can take to protect yourself.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above will change. Material updates may appear in-app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
