These Terms govern Color Rings: Rotate & Earn — a color-ring puzzle where you rotate rings and earn rewards. By installing or playing, you agree. Also read our Privacy Policy.
These Terms form a binding contract between you and the operator of Color Rings: Rotate & Earn ("Company," "we," "us"). If you disagree, do not use the app. Continued use after updates means acceptance.
Some features may use an account or device-linked saves. Keep credentials safe; notify us of unauthorized access. We may suspend compromised or abusive accounts.
Progress, virtual items, and unlocks are licensed for personal entertainment and have no cash value outside any expressly offered withdrawal program.

Color Rings: Rotate & Earn is a skill-based puzzle. Fair play keeps the rings spinning fairly for everyone.
We may reset progress, revoke rewards, or ban accounts that break these rules.

If reward or withdrawal features are offered, eligibility and timing appear in-app. Fraud or multi-accounting may void rewards. PayPal details are used solely for legitimate withdrawals per the Privacy Policy.
The free version may show ads via AppLovin and partners. Limit ad personalization in device settings. Partner practices are in the Privacy Policy.
Nicknames, feedback, or other submissions grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content to operate and promote the app. Do not upload illegal or harmful material.
Color Rings: Rotate & Earn — art, audio, UI, code, trademarks, and branding — belongs to the Company or licensors. Feedback may be used freely without obligation to you.
Online features rely on https://zua.colorroea.com. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, outages, or force majeure may limit access. Features may change or end at any time.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COLOR RINGS: ROTATE & EARN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50 if you paid nothing.
You agree to defend and indemnify the Company against claims arising from your misuse of the app, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access for breaches, risk to others, or service discontinuation. Uninstall anytime to stop. Surviving clauses (IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity) remain in effect.
Governed by the laws of the Company's principal place of business, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise. Courts there have exclusive venue for unresolved disputes, subject to non-waivable rights.
